Instructions for use

How to use:
– Use with a teapot: Put 1 tea bag into the teapot, add boiling water, let it steep for 30-60 seconds then pour out the water. Then add boiling water and let the teapot steep for 1-2 minutes (depending on the strength of the tea).
– How to use: Boil about 500-1000ml of water, add 1 tea bag and simmer for about 2-3 minutes. Then, you can drink it hot or let it cool in the refrigerator.
– Note: Do not reuse used tea bags. Drink during the day, do not leave overnight.

Notes on use

– Don't:
– Leaving brewed tea at room temperature for too long can cause it to spoil.
– Reuse used tea bags.
– Leaving the tea bag in water for too long can cause a bitter taste.
– Use in case your body is not suitable for the ingredients of the tea.
– Drinking too much when the body is unwell, especially for people with underlying diseases or undergoing treatment.
