桂枝茯苓丸 (Quế Chi Phục Linh Hoàn) - An ancient medicine that helps regulate blood circulation, supports blood circulation, dissolves blood stasis and improves circulation throughout the body. Used in cases of sore neck and shoulders, hot flashes but cold hands and feet, irregular menstruation in women or symptoms of poor circulation in both men and women.

Uses - Effectiveness

– Improve blood circulation, regulate blood and hormones in the body

– Helps reduce hot flashes, cold hands and feet, dizziness, and headaches due to poor blood circulation

– Helps fade dark spots, reduce mild acne inflammation, and support recovery from bruising or swelling due to impact

– In women, it can be used in cases of irregular menstruation, menstrual cramps, and premenopausal disorders.

Who should use it?

– Women with good health, prone to hot flashes but often have cold hands and feet

Dosage & Administration

– Take 2-3 hours before or after meals, with at least half a glass of warm water
